For the first time in the Donbas, the Ukrainian Armed Forces utilized Turkish Bayraktar drones.

The drones were employed to attack enemy artillery that was shooting near the village of Granitne near Donetsk, according to the Ukrainian General Staff.

Ukraine bought the drone systems from Turkey in 2019 and has only used them for reconnaissance purposes thus far.

According to the Ukrainian General Staff, a drone was utilized this time to attack howitzers that were shooting at Ukrainian military positions.
