BREAKING: A Russian passenger plane with four children onboard goes missing in Siberia

According to local news outlets quoting aviation officials, a Russian An-28 passenger plane with at least 13 people on board went missing on a flight in the Siberian area of Tomsk on Friday.

The news agencies Interfax and TASS stated there were 13 persons on board, while RIA Novosti said there were 17. According to Interfax, the passengers include four children.
