Reports say that former president Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump have received their COVID vaccines at the White House in January.
A Trump adviser revealed to CNN that the couple has received COVID jab. It is not yet clear which jab or how many doses the couple received.
The revelation follows trump urging people to get vaccinated at the Conservative Political Action Conference earlier.
Trump said, “How painful that vaccine shot is, so everybody gets your shot.”
Trump, initially skeptical of the Pandemic, refused to wear a mask in multiple events.
Trump later was tested positive for coronavirus.
The leaked news contrasts with the public fanfare of other US presidents during the vaccination.
Barack Obama, George Bush, and Bill Clinton were vaccinated in front of the camera.
