North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has executed five of his Economic Ministry officers to death, according to South Korean media.

According to South Korean media, Kim executed officials for questioning the country's economy.

The five officials, who had been attending a dinner party, had openly criticized Kim Jong-Un’s regime of his nation’s stagnant economy last July and suggested a ruler improvise industrial reform and impoverished citizens.

It is thought that the officials have been executed by firing squad on July 30.
