At least 11 people have been killed after a passenger bus collided head-on with a truck in eastern China.
Another 19 people were injured in the crash in Chiko's Jiangsu province on Sunday morning. The accident took place on the Shenyang-Haikou Highway, police said.
The truck, which was speeding, rammed the fence in the middle of the road and crashed into a bus coming from the other side. The injured have been admitted to nearby hospitals.
According to the preliminary investigation, the passenger bus was going from Shanghai to Guanyun County. In China, people are flocking to their homes for holidays.
