The duke of Edinburgh admitted to King Edward VII hospital in London, last Tuesday, begins his second weekend in the hospital.
Buckingham Palace said last Tuesday that the Prince is completely comfortable and responding to medical help.
Prince Philip, the husband of the Queen, is currently 99 years old.
This has been the longest stay of the Prince in the hospital as it enters the 12th day. Previously the Duke had stayed in hospital for 11 days in 2011 following an abdomen operation.
Palace has confirmed “not much” about the duke’s condition except a confirmation of he is not suffering from COVIDD,
Daily mail cites its royal source saying it did not expect to make any updates on the Duke until at least next week.
