A series of shootings unfolded in Denver, Colorado on Monday, what the authorities call a "violent crime spree."

According to the police, at least four people were killed by the Gunmen. As the police responded to the scene, they had an exchange of gunfire with the gunmen, which resulted in the death of the suspect and a police officer being injured.

As reported by KDVR, a local channel, the injured officer had been taken to the hospital and is in stable condition. 

"This one individual was responsible for this very violent crime spree that took place this evening,'' Denver Police Department Chief Paul Pazen said speaking to the reporters.
