Russian warplanes make their first landing in Northeast Syria

According to North Press, four Russian airplanes arrived in northeast Syria at the Qamishli International Airport two days ago, which is fewer than 100 kilometers from a US military post.

Russia makes every effort to preserve its presence in the region. As a result, it uses Qamishli's strategic geographic location, which borders Turkey to the north and Iraq to the east, according to the sources.

According to al-sources, Akhbar's Russia is preparing for the post-US forces period by building a military infrastructure capable of covering the territory where US troops are departing and performing the activities they used to conduct.
