There have been calls for help from the so-called guardians of freedom nations. However, the idea of help for these nations is overthrowing the people's rule and dismissing the political system as authoritarian, just because they do not understand it.

Unlike the nations of Australia, Canada, etc, the sovereignty of Cuba has been vested in the people and not in the crown. 

The main problem currently in Cuba has been the economic sanctions by the States which has been creating a crisis within the country at the time of the Pandemic.

This should have been disheartening to see because the Cubans Doctors helped many richer nations like Italy, Spain during the time of the health crisis there. The motto of socialist internationalism has encouraged Cuba to help many countries in their time of need.

Instead of recognizing that and lifting the restrictions the western nations have been calling for the overthrow of the people's rule in Cuba and have been dismissing it as an oppressive state. But in the meantime, tens of thousands of protestors have gathered onto the streets to show support to the Cuban government against the American aggression which has been totally dismissed by the Corporate Western outlets.

It will be ridiculous of the countries that have imposed embargos and blockades on an island nation, to call for freedom in the nation. 

The real help Cuba needs right now is solidarity and lifting of the sanctions, not another chaotic invasion.
