Five people were shot in a party on early Saturday in southern Chicago which has left two people dead, police said.
The suspect is yet to be identified who fled the scene and the detectives are still searching for him. The incident happened at a yard party in South Loomis Boulevard, Chicago, the fire department said.
The shooting occurred at around 3 am on Saturday. The two deads were pronounced dead at the Chicago Medical Center. the rest of the two are being treated at Christ Hospital and one in the Chicago Medical Center.
A 23-year old admitted to Christ Hospital is said to be in critical condition while the rest have been described to be in "fair condition."
All the victims were aged between 21 to 26.
