The NYPD is investing the death of a 12-year old Brooklyn-resident Romy Vilsaint whose family reported his death after returning from school. He was attacked  at school over a dollar dare that turned deadly.

The pre-teen was taken to King’s County hospital after he was found unconcious at his Flatbush home.

He passed away in the same hospital.

The relatives of the fifth-grader said that he was attacked twice in two days before it turned outto be deadly.

Romy was jumped on by 2 students on Wednesday while he was attacked on his head Thursday.

In a conversation with BL Media Correspondent, Romy’s cousin Exantus explained, “Thursday evening Romy was like ‘Uncle, I had a bad day today. A kid hit me in the back of the head.’”.

He added: “He didn’t look good in the morning, he vomited.”

Quoting the death “suspicious”, the NYPD are still investigating if Vilsaint was attacked.
