Myanmar Military Regime forces arrested Ko Wai Moe Naing, the leader of the main protest movement, in Monywa, on Thursday afternoon(April 15).
Plain-cloth gunmen in a normal car arrested Ko Moe Niang when he was riding a motorcycle. The gunmen hit Moe Niang's motorcycle with the car then arrested him and a woman with him
It is believed that they have been taken to the Monywa City Hall but the details are sketchy at this point. Other Protestors are also reported to be on the run from the military a local Media, Myanmar Now, reported.
