A South Florida woman files a lawsuit against the deceased child sex trafficker and his alleged accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell of raping her in front of her then 8-year-old son.

A woman who has been identified as “Jane Doe” claims in court documents filed on March 22, accused Jeffery Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell raped her multiple times in front of her son at a Florida hotel in Naples.

The two partners-in-crimes also trafficked her to have sex with other men, the suit claims. The suit further accuses the two forcing her to undergo vaginal surgery to please her "high profile" clients as a virgin.

The victim, born in Turkey, worked in a South Florida hotel at the time when she met Epstein through her employer, who said he was interested in local real estate.

She claimed that Maxwell intimidated her by showing a gun and threatened her to kill. Maxwell also called two 'fake police' who threatened to arrest her for sex work as well as to take her son and report her.

She also claimed the two raped her in front of her son in the following days.

Doe says she was trafficked to other clients saying she was 17-years-old  while she was 26.

She also said she was forced to undergo vaginal surgery to make her appear virgin to the clients. She said the surgery took place at a "wealthy person's home", who had a Russian accent.

The suit is just the latest legal filing against Maxwell. A grand jury indictment released on Monday accused Maxwell of undressing in front of girls as young as age 14. The undressing allegedly sought to prepare girls for engaging in sexual massages with Epstein.
