What happened in the parlors of Atalanta?
Just before 6 p.m. local time, Atlanta police responded to a report of a robbery at a spa (2200 GMT). Officers arrived to find three women fatally injured from apparent gunshot wounds, according to police.
While they were there, they got a call documenting shots fired at another spa across the street, where they discovered a woman dead inside. She claimed to have died as well after being wounded.
In Acworth, there was a second shooting.
Five people were shot at Young's Asian Massage Parlor in Acworth, around 30 miles (50 kilometers) northwest of the state capital, at about 5 p.m., according to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office.
Two of the victims died at the scene, while the other three were taken to a hospital, where two of them died as well, according to Sheriff spokesman Captain Jay Baker.
It was unclear if the Atlanta salon shootings were related to the one in Cherokee County.

A few hours after the onslaughts, he was apprehended in southwest Georgia.
