Oakland Police are trying to identify a man who was found dead after being fatally shot on Tuesday Morning in East Oakland.
Police are trying to identify the man, why was he shot, and who killed him.
The man was found dead at about 7:34 a.m. Tuesday on a lawn in the 800 block of East 28th Street near Ninth Avenue.
Police say this the 30th homicide case in the three and a half months of 2021.
The Crime Stoppers of Oakland the Police are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of the killer.
