New Zealand Prime minister announces second set of lock down in Auckland

New Zealand was the first country free from covid.

According to current news,  Auckland woke on Sunday to the second lockdown this month, the seven-day lockdown of a population of nearly two million, was announced late by prime minister Jacinda Arden, was computed by the case of a person who had been infectious for a week but not in isolation.

"Despite our best efforts to date, recent cases have gone to work when they shouldn't have," Ms. Ardern said, promising police action over breaches of the rules on self-isolating.

A popular lantern festival due to start next weekend has also been canceled.

According to the news, there is no case on Sunday. 

Since the pandemic there is 2000 infected people and 26 death till now has been recorded.
