Chelsea Registers an Easy Victory; Timo Werner finally ends the Drought of goals

With Timo Werner finally scoring after 14 games, Chelsea registered a comfortable victory against the New Castle on Monday's Premier League.

Werner was the part of both goals when Chelsea had a 2 nil in the first half. Werner assisted Giroud in the 31st minutes and scored himself in the 39th minutes.

With the win against New Castle at the home in Stamford Bridge, Chelsea has climbed up to fourth place in the table.

Chelsea is currently slightly ahead of West Ham based on goal difference. Both the teams have 42 points from the 24 games.

Manchester City at the top of the table has 53 points from the 23 games, while Leicester City and Manchester United are in third and second place respectively with 46 points from 24 games each.
