A 13-year old girl in New Jersey has been charged of murder of a man nearly thrice her age. She allegedly shot a man of 35 in Jersey City.
35-year old Niles Holmes was shot by a 13 year-old girl, whose name has not been published, at around Martin Luther King Drive at 4:15 pm on 10th December, reported the office of Hudsono County Prosecuter Esther Suarez on Friday.

The arrested teen faces charge of a murder and aggravated assault as another surviving victim was recovered from the event, only identified as a 24-year old man. Reasons behind the murder have not been published yet.
