An Election-Equipment Company, Dominion Voting System is suing Trump's legal Advisor Rudy Giuliani for defamation.

Dominion has been Center for the right-wing-conspiracies and Accusation for claims of the rigged election. The lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against ex-New York Mayor claims approximately $1.3Billion compensation.

Pro-Trump conspiracies alleged Dominion of being involved in fraudulently swaying the election results against Trump. They claim the election being fixed and scripted.

The company sent Rudy two warning letters before suing him. The second letter sent on the 10th of January read, “There is nothing you can say or do at this point to undo the hundreds of millions of dollars in damage that you and your allies have caused Dominion.”

The lawsuit says those allegations have put financial and reputational harm. It also says that those allegations have put the life of Dominion's Employees in Danger.

Earlier, Dominion sued Trump attorney Sidney Powell. According to Forbes, it has sent letters to more than 150 individuals and companies warning of potential litigation.

Giuliani has not yet commented on the issue.
