WHO finds no any evidence of coronavirus on frozen food and its packaging

The World Health Organisation (WHO) on Thursday says that they find no any evidence of the spreading of coronavirus by frozen foods and its packaging. 

While at the same time, China reported the existence of the deadly novel coronavirus in imported frozen chicken wings from Brazil. Also, the virus on the packaging of imported frozen seafood shipped from Ecuador.

According to Reuters reports, WHO head of the emergency program, Mike Ryan says, “People should not fear food, or food packaging or processing or delivery of food.”

“There is no evidence that food or the food chain is participating in the transmission of this virus. And people should feel comfortable and safe,” he added.

Meanwhile, WHO also urged caution on Vladimir Putin's claims of Russia successfully making the COVID-19 vaccine.
