Justin and Hailey Bieber have sent a cease and desist letter to a plastic surgeon after he made a TikTok video suggesting Hailey had undergone several cosmetic surgeries.
In the document, obtained by E! News, the Biebers accuse Dr. Daniel Barrett of using Hailey's "name, image and likeness" to advertise his plastic surgery practice.
In his TikTok video, Barrett compares two photos of Hailey with several years between them, claiming the difference in her nose could only be a result of surgical intervention.
"Pay special attention to the nose. What do you think? Well, I'll tell you what I think. I think it's physically impossible without getting a little bit of help from someone like myself to go from this picture to that picture," Barrett says.
The cease and desist letter calls the allegation of rhinoplasty "false and uncorroborated", along with Barrett's assertion Hailey has had a skin tightening procedure, jawline contouring and filler injected into her cheeks and lips.
In addition, the Biebers take issue with Barrett's use of Justin's song 'Sorry' in the video, claiming copyright infringement.
"These flagrant and conscious infringements of our clients' rights," the letter reads, accusing Barrett of slander and defamation, among many other violations.
In a statement to E! News, Barrett doubled down, claiming he was entitled to his opinion and that the video was not made to defame the supermodel.
