UNITED STATES - Special Representative for Syria Engagement and Special Envoy for the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS Ambassador James Jeffrey will travel to Brussels, Belgium, for meetings on March 10, 2020.  In Brussels, Ambassador Jeffrey will visit NATO where he will meet with Allies on the crisis in Idlib and discuss its implications for NATO and ways to support Turkey’s security concerns.  He will also hold meetings with senior EU officials to discuss and seek assistance for the dire humanitarian situation in Syria, particularly in Idlib, and to press for the implementation of UNSCR 2254 on the Syrian conflict
