The all-sanctioned country that is deprived of its access to the current modern technology, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea has been astounding in its scientific achievements, especially in the sectors of National defense and Computer Technology.

DPRK, on Tuesday successfully conducted a hypersonic missile test, which has again raised the eyebrows in the United States, allowing the imperialist country to once again spread propaganda about Korea trying to invade the world.

According to the DPRK's national news agency, the country successfully launched a hypersonic missile on Tuesday. Supreme Leader and the General Secretary of the Party Kim Jong-un observed the event.

The task of having a ballistic missile being built was set by the eighth general conference of the Worker's Party of Korea, as an effort to discourage war. 

North Korea sees having a good defensive force as an important factor in its war-deterrent policy. As it believes, preventing an invasion has to be the most basic step to prevent war. 

The hypersonic missiles test fire test-fire was aimed at the final verification of overall technical specifications of the developed hypersonic weapon system.

After its release from the missile, the hypersonic glide vehicle made a glide jump flight from a 600 km area before making a 240 km-long turning maneuver from the initial launch azimuth to the target azimuth and hitting the set target in waters 1 000 km away.

The superior maneuverability of the hypersonic glide vehicle was more strikingly verified through the final test-fire.

Kim Jong Un highly appreciated the practical achievements made by the scientists, technicians, and officials of the missile research sector and by the Party organizations concerned that brought great success in the field of developing hypersonic weapons which are of the most important strategic significance in the five core tasks of the five-year plan for building up the national defense capability set forth at the 8th WPK Congress.

Stressing the need to further accelerate the efforts to steadily build up the country's strategic military muscle both in quality and quantity and further modernize the army, Kim Jong Un encouraged the national defense scientific research sector to continuously make admirable successes in the historic sacred cause for remarkably increasing the war deterrent of the country, true to the Party's strategic policy of national defense development and strategic guidelines.
