Boris Johnson must not forget that he once supported Matt Hancock.

The Prime Minister's allegation that the former Health Secretary was fired is a cynical attempt to change history.

He also appears to be oblivious to the rage that Hancock's double standards have sparked. At PMQs, Keir Starmer brought up the issue of a family who had been unable to visit their dying son due to Covid regulations.

Mr Johnson, who is tone-deaf, dismissed the row as a "Westminster bubble story." He either has no idea how much pain the illness has caused or, even worse, he doesn't care.
