At least 35 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza strip including several children after the Israeli authorities fire rockets in Gaza. Hundreds of rockets have been raining down in Gaza Wednesday which has injured hundreds.

Tensions between Israel and the Palestinians have escalated since pew days, most significantly since the Israeli police's attack on Palestine pilgrims at a mosque in Jerusalem.

Hamas, a Palestine military group based on the Gaza strip, has also fired rockets that have killed five on Israel's side.

Israeli authorities say about 1000 rockets have been fired from the Gaza strip.

At least 12 children have been killed on the Palestine side after the airstrikes that started Monday evening.
