Chelsea remains unbeaten in their last 26 premier league home game against Everton as they managed to register a 2 - nil victory in a league match played at Stamford Bridge.

Godfrey's own goal broke the deadlock of goals in the 31^st minutes of the first half when Havertz's shot hit the defender and crossed the line.

Chelsea doubled the lead in the 65^th minute when Jorginho converted the penalty after Pickford brought down Havertz.

The hosts could've had more if not for the goalkeeper as he made good saves to deny Werner, Alonso, and Mount.
