The United Kingdom Government favors the decision to continue Premier League amid rising coronavirus cases, with the Department for Digital Culture Sport and Media supporting the protocols, which were agreed to allow elite sport to return.

Despite the coronavirus outbreak , Fulham and Manchester City officials are assured that the elite sports bubbles are safe. The cases in City are now under control, which shows that the protocols do work.

As in 2019-20, there is a minimum chance of interrupting the current Premier League, as it was only possible because UEFA agreed to postpone Euro 2020.

With the national association across Europe entirely dependent on the fulfillment of TV contracts for Euro 2021, there is no chance of pausing the Premier League in the middle.

UEFA's TV contracts will expire soon and have to be renegotiated if the tournament is paused, so there is no chance of the Premier League being halted.

The only credible solution would be Curtailment, and if the clubs fail to complete the season, they will incur billions of pounds of losses.

League One and League Two clubs can play till June without such worries though many players might be called up for their countries to play for the Euros.
