Thursday morning, the official Syrian news agency (SANA) stated that explosions were heard in the city of Daraa.
According to SANA, two individuals were injured after a device exploded near al-Dala Square in Daraa.
The Israeli regime's "Yedioth Ahronoth" newspaper stated that the explosion heard in northern Israel was caused by the explosion of a car belonging to Mahmoud Halwah, an intelligence agent. Additionally, gunfire was heard following the blast.
The particular identities of the targeted persons and the criminals behind the explosion have not yet been made public, and Syrian government officials have not yet responded to the tragedy.
In recent weeks, Israel's murderous Zionist state has launched attacks against sites on Syrian territory. Two weeks ago, Israeli fighter planes operating from the busy airspace of the Golan Heights targeted several areas south of Damascus.
The Syrian government has often declared that the Zionist regime of Israel and its regional and Western sponsors support terrorist takfiri groups fighting against the Syrian government and intend to disrupt the Damascus government's struggle against terrorists with such horrific acts.
