A Myanmar military convoy consisting of 80 vehicles, including artillery and armored vehicles, has arrived in Mindat in southern Chin State, according to the Chinland Defense Force (CDF), a local resistance group fighting the regime.
The convoy arrived in the Chin Hills along the Monywa-Pakokku Road. Also, some vehicles were found transporting artillery, and most of the other cars are entirely covered and believed to be loaded ammunition, said a leader of the Mindat CDF.
According to the Mindat CDF, no clashes are happening, but we still don't know whether there will be any conflict or feud happening soon around here. But there are high chances of crashes happening if there is the activity of transporting food supplies in the Matupi anymore to Irrawaddy.
Another resident told Irrawaddy that their region is already poor, and we have been suffering for a long time back. They still don't know the issue is all about the clash, but they are sure if there is any conflict soon, they will suffer more than they are now.
