The Foo Fighters rock band has canceled their scheduled performance at the Abu Dhabi Formula One race owing to "unforeseen medical circumstances," event organizers announced Sunday.
The organizers provided no other information on the medical issue, save to state that Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters were "unable to travel." "Sunday's event will take place at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
"The band would like to express its regret for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by this unexpected turn of events "the statement was augmented. The band made no quick remark on the matter via its social media accounts.
The Foo Fighters last performed on Thursday in Fresno, California, and concluded their rock tour in Abu Dhabi.
Rather than that, organizers announced that Dutch DJ Martin Garrix and France's DJ Snake would headline the concert, which will take place on Yas Island, off the coast of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
