Unknown attackers sprayed bullets at a vehicle in Mastung district of Pakistan's southern Balochistan province on Sunday, killing at least four persons and injuring four others, according to a local media source cited by Xinhua.
According to reports, the attack occurred in the district's Wali Khan Bypass neighborhood, from which the perpetrators quickly left. The injured were rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
The targeted car, according to police, belonged to an influential local tribal chief.
So far, no one or group has claimed credit for the act.
