As it reopens ties with South Korea's pro-engagement president, Moon Jae-in, North Korea appears to have made pains to hide upgrades to a uranium-enrichment plant from spy satellites.

According to a post on the 38 North website, satellite data suggests that previously reported development in an area at the Yongbyon nuclear enrichment complex has been covered to disguise information of the building's layout. It went on to say that while there could be a variety of reasons for the expansion, one possibility is to increase fissile material manufacturing.
