Liam Gallagher shared a photo of his scratched face after falling out of a helicopter following his main show at the Isle Of Wight Festival.

The former Oasis member and solo musician tweeted that he had fallen out of the plane, comparing himself to late The Who drummer Keith Moon, known for his reckless behavior.

He reassured supporters that he was "all good" and joked that the photo would be used as the cover for his upcoming album in a later post.

Gallagher must have missed the stair and "face planted" after the chopper landed but did not mention it "because that's not very rock n roll," according to one fan who asked about the height of the fall.

Gallagher joked that it had been "100 thousand feet" "Yeah it's in the nxt video." he replied to a fan who asked if there was any film or CCTV of the event.

The incident did not occur on the festival grounds. It's unclear whether the actor sought medical attention for his injuries.

It comes ahead of Oasis Knebworth 1996, a new documentary about the band's most infamous performances.

On Friday night, Gallagher headlined the Isle Of Wight Festival, featuring Tom Jones, James, Becky Hill, and Primal Scream.

The performer astonished the crowd with Oasis favorites like Rock 'N' Roll, Star Cigarettes & Alcohol, as well as solo songs like Wall Of Glass and Shockwave, before performing Supersonic, Acquiesce, Roll With It, and Live Forever as an encore.

Snow Patrol was set to perform on Saturday, with Courteney Cox of Friends among the band's friends and family in attendance.

The actress, dating band pianist, and guitarist Johnny McDaid got her photo taken with fans before the headline performance.

She had shared a photo of herself and McDaid on Instagram earlier this week, carrying an "access all areas pass" for the band.

On Sunday, Duran Duran will cap the event, featuring The Script, Supergrass, Imelda May, and Razorlight.
