Kanye West's tenth studio album is nearly complete.

The 44-year-old rapper announced on Friday that Donda's album will be released on Aug. 5 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Ticket prices will range from $30 to $75 and will go on sale on Aug. 2 at 10 a.m. EST.

According to the Associated Press and Variety, the album will be released on August 6.

West published an image on Instagram shortly after the news broke, showcasing what appears to be the artwork for the upcoming album: a loading symbol against a white backdrop with the text "DONDA 08.05.2021"

The Donda release party will take place at the same venue where West hosted a sold-out listening party on July 22 to debut his new music.

Khloé Kardashian, Shaquille O'Neal, CeeLo Green, Big Boi, and Jadakiss were among those in attendance, as were his ex-wife Kim Kardashian West and their four children: daughters North, 8, and Chicago, 3, and sons Saint, 512, and Psalm, 2.

West is said to have been living inside the venue since the listening party, putting the finishing touches on Donda. The musician was spotted in the stands of Mercedes-Benz Stadium last Saturday during Atlanta United's soccer game, sporting the stocking-like mask and red snowsuit he wore at the listening party two days earlier.

In an Instagram photo earlier this week, he appeared to flaunt his present living circumstances.

The room is small and unfurnished, but it has a mattress and a wardrobe with some hanging clothing. Other items are stored in a suitcase on the floor, with footwear and hand weights strewn about the room.

An improvised nightstand sits next to the bed, with a bottle of water next to a glass. A flat-screen television and a digital clock are the only furnishings on the walls.

Donda is named after Grammy winner Donda West's late mother, who died at the age of 58. The album is his first since filing for divorce after six years of marriage in February, which he alluded to in the song "Love Unconditionally."

As the song played during his listening party, West became emotional, sinking to his knees in front of a swarm of fans.

West's new album is his first since his gospel album Jesus Is King, which won him a Grammy for a best contemporary Christian album in 2019.
