A Taliban spokesperson said that they do not want to fight the Afghan forces inside Afghanistan.
Amir Khan Muttaqi said that the fighting from mountains and deserts has reached the doors of cities, the Taliban don't want fighting inside the cities.
He said they would rather like to see them surrender.
As the foreign troop completes their withdrawal, the Taliban has taken over most of the northern part of the country which has resulted in troops seeking asylum cross borders in Turkministan.
The Taliban also warned Turkish troops of jihad if they stay in Afghanistan.
Taliban has an upper hand in the current dispute with the Afghan national forces and is likely to sweep the country.
