Adele made a rare cameo on social media on Wednesday night, cheering on England in their historic Euro semi-final match versus Denmark.
The Hello singer had her Instagram followers in fits of laughter when she shared a video of herself jumping off the sofa in celebration after Harry Kane scored the game-winning goal.
Adele reflected the nation's feelings as she shouted in anguish as Kane missed his penalty attempt the first time.
When the ball rebounded off goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel and Kane scored, Adele yelled with delight and leaped up and down, as her shaky phone footage attested.
She joked in the post, "It's bloody coming home"
The video marks the singer's first social media post since May when she celebrated her 33rd birthday with some artsy black-and-white photos.
Adele had managed to keep out of the spotlight since moving to Los Angeles, but she returned last year to flaunt her astonishing seven-stone weight loss.
On Wednesday night, the singer wasn't the only well-known figure expressing his delight at England reaching their first major event final since 1966.
Ayda Field, Robbie Williams' wife, posted a photo of her husband pumping his hands in the air in excitement at the match.
"The exact moment when Robbie Williams realized, that for the first time in his entire life, football is coming home," she laughed.
Dua Lipa, a pop diva, got into the spirit by donning a red and white little dress and painting flags on her cheek to watch the game in her living room.
Some lucky celebrities even posted from Wembley Stadium, where they saw the semi-final go to extra time before Kane earned England a spot in the Euro 2020 final.
Rochelle and Marvin Humes, Ellie Goulding, and Piers Morgan all took pictures from their seats in the west London stadium.
Comedians Frank Skinner and David Baddiel, who posed for selfies with fans in the stadium, appeared to be having a good time as well.
Throughout the game, the two were pleased to engage with fellow fans, who were belting out their 1990s classic Three Lions.
At the contest, James Corden had a family reunion.
The comedian, who has relocated to the United States for his chat show, captioned a selfie with his family: "It's been over a year and a half since I've seen my mother, father, and sisters in the same room. And what a place to be."
"I can't begin to tell you how moved I am by it! England, come on! "Added he.
Nicole Appleton and her son Gene Gallagher made it a family affair by attending the match at Wembley Stadium.
In the stands, the All Saints singer uploaded a photo with her son, who she shares with Liam Gallagher, wearing matching England shirts.
Fans reacted positively to the photo, with many remarking on how much Gene resembles his Oasis musician father.
Nicole's celebrity friends, from Melanie Blatt to Mel C, all expressed their admiration for the shot.
"Yeahhhhhh! What a thrilling game!" Mel, the Spice Girl, said.
On Sunday night, England will face Italy in the Euro 2020 final.
On Tuesday night, the Italians defeated Spain in extra time, forcing the match to be decided on penalties.
