The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) has made it easier for people who are fully vaccinated against coronavirus disease to travel between zones (Covid-19).
Interzonal mobility is the movement of individuals between provinces, highly urbanized cities, and independent component cities that are classified as distinct community quarantine zones.
On Sunday, presidential spokesman Harry Roque Jr. indicated that a vaccination card or a certificate of quarantine completion will suffice in lieu of any testing requirements imposed by local government entities (LGUs).
"Tama na po yung certificate of vaccination at hindi na kinakailangan magpakita ng [RT]-PCR real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (A certificate of vaccination is sufficient, there is no need to present an RT-PCR real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction) [test result]," Roque explained.

Senior citizens who have been properly immunized are subject to the same policy.
Travelers will still be subjected to health screenings when they arrive at their destination, according to Roque.
If fully vaccinated persons are close contacts of suspected or confirmed Covid-19 infections, they should be quarantined for seven days "only if they remain asymptomatic for the duration of the 7-day period."
