As part of the England Euros confrontation with Scotland police operation, a total of 30 persons were arrested in central London, stated Met Police.
In downtown London 25 were arrested, while in the region of Wembley five persons were arrested.
Scotland Yard stated in a tweet: '13 arrests were infringing upon public order, 6 were infringing and unruly, 6 were infringing on police assaults, 3 were infringing, 2 were narcotics relating to Class A and one in contravention of a dispersal order.'
Red flares began in Leicester Square as crowds for the long-awaited match, which ended in an unbearable draw.
Many supporters in the famed tourist area wore kilts and hung the flags of Scotland and sang and cheered.
Some even played soccer, some contained aloft alcohol bottles, and many screamed "no Scotland, no party," the Scottish national anthem.
The Met added that at about 12.45 am officers arrived at the Leicester Plaza and persuaded people still on the scene to leave the area, finally clearing the square at 1.15 am.
