Kendall Jenner can finally take a deep breath after an accused trespasser on her land was sentenced to prison on Tuesday.

After breaking into the 25-year-surroundings old's property's earlier in late March, Shaquan King was accused of taking a nude dip in her swimming pool.

According to TMZ, the 27-year-old has now accepted a plea bargain.

He entered a no-contest plea to one count of trespassing and another of loitering with the intent to commit a crime.

He was given a 180-day term in county jail.

A Los Angeles judge ordered him to keep at least 100 feet away from the star at all times last month. Following another incident, he was also prohibited from approaching Kendall's sister Kylie Jenner and mother Kris Jenner any closer than the distance between them.

Shaquan was reportedly able to gain access to Kendall's property earlier this year and wanted to swim in her pool without his clothes on.

He also slammed his fists against her windows while shouting her name.

He was apprehended by security before police arrived and arrested him for trespassing.

Shaquan was reportedly released after just six hours due to Covid protocols at the time.

In addition to serving time in prison, he is prohibited from contacting any of the Jenners "directly or indirectly, in any manner, shape, or type."

For the next five years, he is also prohibited from approaching any of the celebrities' residences, offices, or cars.

Kendall was represented by her counsel, Kate Mangels, and neither Shaquan nor Kendall were present at the hearing.

Kendall has had to contend with stalkers on many occasions this year.

She was also given a five-year restraining order against stalker Maik Bowker earlier this year.

He was rumored to be planning a cross-country trip to kill both Kendall and himself.

An LAPD detective informed her of the suspected plot, and she was issued a restraining order against the accused soon after.

Kendall has reportedly increased her security measures as a result of the events, and she has since moved out of her Beverly Hills home due to safety concerns.
