Late Monday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan proposed forming a new administration for Al-Quds.

Erdogan said at a press conference at the Presidential Complex in Ankara that "Turkey will help both politically and militarily each step of the way," according to Daily Sabah.

He condemned Israel's attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque and its indiscriminate bombing of the city, saying, "Israel is a terror state that seeks to legitimize its acts by citing Palestinian resistance."

"They don't have warplanes, although you have a slew of them. Who are you attempting to deceive? "He inquired.

"Those who are not terrified by Israel's murder of Palestinian children are terrified by the fact that Israeli children are not terrified," Erdogan continued.

"I strongly condemn Austria for flying the flag of the Israeli terror regime. I suppose Austria is attempting to make Muslims pay for the genocide of Jews it perpetrated in the past."

The president also discussed a conversation he had with a former Israeli prime minister, the name of whom he did not share.

"A former Israeli prime minister, whose name I will not reveal, told me years ago that killing Palestinians during his military service as a general gave him the 'greatest pleasure,'" he said.

Erdogan also slammed US Vice President Joe Biden for his support for weapons sales to the Zionist regime.

"By helping Israel, which targets Gaza disproportionately," he said, "you're going down in history with bloody hands."

"You compelled us to say it. We will not remain silent and will continue to fight for Al-Quds "Added he.

Israel's ongoing attacks on Gaza have killed over a hundred people, including dozens of children. Since the regime began attacking Gaza on May 10, 145 people have been killed, including 41 children and 23 women, and 1,100 more have been injured.

Days of tensions and Israeli violence in the occupied Palestinian territories followed the airstrikes on Gaza, with hundreds of Palestinians attacked by Israeli forces and settlers in Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.

During the 1967 Arab-Israeli war, Israel invaded East Jerusalem and annexed the entire city in 1980, a development that has never been accepted by the international community.
