President Biden to hold summit with South Korean President Moon on May 21

The official date of the summit at the White House between US President Biden and his South Korean Counterpart Moon Jae-In has been announced.

White House spokesperson Jen Psaki said in the statement on Thursday that the summit will take place on May 21.

She said that the visit will highlight the "ironclad alliance"  between the two countries.

The statement also added that the Biden Administration looks forward to further strengthen the alliance and increase cooperation.
