A 65-year-old Asian American woman was kicked to the ground and assaulted by a man in an incident that happened in front of 360 W-43rd St at 11:40 a.m, Monday.

The security cam footage shows the woman being kicked and pushed to the ground and then being kicked in the head thrice by a man. The security guard of the building appears to observe the incident without lending women help. He closes the door instead of lending the woman the assistance.
The woman has been hospitalized and is being treated for her swollen face and pain in the leg.
CeeFaan Kim, an ABC7NY reporter, reports that the aggressor said “f*** you, you don’t belong here,” to the woman.
NYPD Hate crimes are currently investigating the incidence.

The security guard has been suspended by the Brodsky Organization. The organization issued a statement, stating they are also working to find the man involved in the incident.
