Police have identified the man who had been shot dead in Phoenix shooting.
The victim is said to be 32-year-old Michael Montanarella. He was shot by a 40-year-old who has not been identified.
The suspect himself called the police and was interviewed by the police.
Police said the case will be submitted for review based on evidence at the scene and interview.
The shooting occurred in the Northern Valley region of Phoenix, Wednesday morning.
Police said the incident occurred near the intersection of East Greenway Road and North 28th Street at around 5:30 in the morning.
The victim was severely injured and was rushed to the hospital. The man could not survive due to his severe injuries.
Police said that the man involved in the shooting stayed on the scene and is currently being interviewed by the police.
