Microsoft is looking for a mass acquisition of social media platforms. However, Buying LinkedIn at $26.2 Billion was its last major deal. Its attempt of acquisition U.S. assets of TikTok in September last year had failed.

As reported by Bloomberg, Discord has been making attempts to reach out to its potential buyers, one of them being Microsoft.
