Comedian Chris D'Elia faces a new lawsuit accusing of violating federal child exploitation and Child Pornography laws.

A woman identified as, "Jane Doe" filed a case alleging him having more than 100 sexually explicit photos and videos, half of which taken when she was 17 years old.

The lawsuit was filed on  Tuesday in federal district court for the Central District of California.

Doe says she reached D'Elia in September 2014 via Instagram, "under no influence" and excepting no replies. The lawsuit alleges they late communicated via Snapchat.

In a statement released by her attorneys and reported by the LA Times, she said, “When I was in my final year of high school and still a child, I was groomed by a celebrity twice my age. Chris D’Elia abused his status and fame to lure me in, take advantage, and manipulate me when I was at a vulnerable age. I want any other girls out there to know that they are not alone, and it is time to get justice for the mental and physical toll he has put us through.”

However, Chris has denied the allegations and will be defending against them in court, according to his spokesperson.
