Cristiano Ronaldo wins Player of the Century Award beating his all-time rival Lionel Messi at the Globel Soccer Award held in Dubai. Pep Guardiola was named Coach of the Century.

The Portuguese football star was considered the best player between 2001- 2020 leaving Lionel Messi, Ronaldinho, and Mohammad Salah behind. He has won trophies in England with Manchester United, Spain with Real Madrid, and Italy with Juventus where he is playing currently. 

Ronaldo has 5 Champions league, 4 with Real Madrid and 1 with Manchester United, 3 premier league with Manchester United, and 2 La Liga with Real Madrid.

At the Globe Soccer Award held in Dubai on Sunday(December 26), Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski picked his player of the year award and his club managed to win the Club of the Year 2020 award. Real Madrid was named Club of the Century and Jorge Mendes was titled Agent of the Century.
