A magnitude 6.6 earthquake struck the central Philippines on Tuesday which damages many houses, buildings, roads, etc, and kills one person.
According to the Philippine Institute of Seismology and Volcanology (Phivolcs), the earthquake which struck at 8:03 am local time, hit at a depth of 21 km, about 7 km southeast of Cataingan town of Masbate province.
Phivolcs has also warned of the risk of aftershocks and suggest to be careful.
Many hospitals and quarantine centers have also damaged. Patients were shifted to the tents due to damage.
One man, a retired police colonel, was killed when his three-storey house collapsed, while four people suffered minor injuries, provincial administrator Rino Revalo told DZMM radio station.
