After the two years of US President Donald Trump and North Korea’s President Kim Jong Un summit in Singapore, North Korea’s Foreign Minister Ri Son Gwon said that relation between the two countries have descended into a dark nightmare, hopes had been disappear and also vows to build military.

Foreign Minister Ri Son Gwon said on Friday, “while people in both countries wanted peace, Washington was “hell-bent on only exacerbating the situation”.

Ri added, “What stands out is that the hope for improved DPRK-US relations which was high in the air under the global spotlight two years ago has now been shifted into despair characterized by spiraling deterioration.”

The rising criticism between the two countries casts doubt over the future of the two sides' long-stalled nuclear talks process.
