The megastar of South Korean k-pop, BTS won four prizes at this year's MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA), the most ever at the annual presentation.
According to the Yonhap news agency, the seven-member act won Best Pop, Best Group, Best K-pop, and Biggest Fans during the ceremony held in Budapest, Hungary, on Sunday (local time).
BTS is one of just two acts to have won several awards at this year's MTV EMA, the other being British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, who took home the most coveted Best Song and Best Artist awards for "Bad Habits."
For the second consecutive year, the Korean band has swept four MTV EMA trophies. Last year's awards for Best Song, Best Virtual Live, Best Group, and Biggest Fan.
Meanwhile, Lil Nas X's "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)" won the Best Music Video award, while Doja Cat and SZA's "Kiss Me More." won the Best Collaboration award.
The annual MTV EMA ceremony was held in person this year, following an online version last year. However, BTS did not attend.
