For the third day in a row, India has reported 4,000 COVID-19 deaths.
According to data updated this morning by the Indian health ministry, the country has seen over 4000 deaths and 3,43,144 new cases of COVID-19 in a single day.
Over 3.43 lakh new COVID-19 cases have been registered, bringing the total number of cases to 240.5 million, with 37 lakh active cases.
The total death toll in India has risen to 262,317.
